1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyMemberBiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Service

MyMemberBiz is a local business directory in Florida. The service is provided "as is" and for informational purposes.

3. Business Registration

Business owners can request to register their business through the contact form. The information provided must be accurate and up to date. By requesting registration, you represent that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business and that you have all necessary rights to the information, images, logos and other materials you submit.

4. Content License

By submitting your business information (name, description, photos, logos, hours, contact, location, etc.) through our forms or any other means, you grant MyMemberBiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and sublicensable license to display, reproduce, distribute, translate and adapt such content in our mobile app, website and related promotional materials, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory. This license remains in effect for as long as your business remains listed on the platform. You retain ownership of your content at all times.

5. Content Removal

If you are the owner of a business listed on MyMemberBiz and wish to remove your listing or request the deletion of specific information, you may submit a request by email to mymemberbiz@gmail.com with the subject "Removal Request" including the business name and address. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days. MyMemberBiz also reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content it deems inaccurate, offensive, illegal or infringing on third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design and structure of MyMemberBiz are property of the company and are protected by copyright laws. This clause does not affect the rights that business owners retain over their own content under section 4.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyMemberBiz is not responsible for the accuracy of the information of listed businesses. Users should verify the information directly with each business.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication.
